Key Responsibilities will include: Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner, managing and distributing mail, responding to general queries and office maintenance. Organising and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events. Managing executive or team calendars. Booking Meeting rooms and ensuring cleanliness. Database management, preparing, formatting and editing documents, presentations, and reports. Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment. Booking flights, hotels, and transportation for staff or executives. Supporting various departments with administrative needs. Managing ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.
